Located an hour east of Regina, Katepwa Lake Camp is a Christian summer camp for kids aged 7-15. We're looking to hire a media coordinator for Summer 2021. This 8-week position is a great summer job for students or anyone else looking for a seasonal position.
Roles & Responsibilities
- The media coordinator will stay on camp property Sunday-Friday from June 28 - August 20th, 2021. All 8 weeks are available, but weeks worked are subject to negotiation - if you need a week off, we can accommodate that. *
- Developing content for social media, camp programming, camp property, and the organization's website. *
- Using technology to digitally alter images for the purposes of camp promotions. *
- Capturing camp activities through digital media via photos and videos. *
- Working with operations director in developing a social media marketing plan. *
- Organizing chapel experiences using digital resources. *
- Coordinating and leading program staff in all matter relating to the chapel.
Expectations & Qualifications
The successful applicant will possess:
An eagerness to learn and grow Experience in capturing digital media (photos and videos) of people and places Experience in graphic design & videography A portfolio of previous work A mature Christian faith (preferred) Contract length: 8 weeks
